Internet Administrator - Jaguar/Land Rover
Davis Automotive Group is a 30 year family-owned and operated Luxury Automotive Dealership located in Solon, Ohio. We are adding to our Sales team in our Jaguar Land Rover store. This individual will act primarily as an Internet Administrator, supporting sales growth and customer retention. The Internet Administrator is responsible for overseeing all online sales activities, ensuring a seamless customer experience from initial contact to vehicle purchase.
Key responsibilities include:
· Achieve and maintain a thorough understanding of all dealership products and services to assist customers effectively.
· Proactively generate appointments and engage with internet customers through inbound and outbound prospecting efforts, utilizing various methods including phone, email, chat.
· Provide internet customers with responses to internet inquires, and information and collateral as requested.
· Guide customers through vehicle selection, offering detailed product information and setting sales appointments to facilitate the purchase process.
· Maintain and update an ongoing customer database, focusing on capturing repeat business and managing customer relationships.
· Reach out to unsold customers to nurture relationships and re-engage them for future opportunities.
· Monitor and manage email communications, responding to inquiries promptly and ensuring that all messages are delivered timely to the appropriate departments.
· Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth communication and alignment in achieving sales targets.
· Understand and apply the mindset of internet shoppers to build rapport, foster trust, and draw them into the dealership for an in-person vehicle demonstration.
· Attend product, sales, and training sessions as required by the Sales Manager to stay current on industry trends and dealership offerings.
Qualifications and Education:
· 2-4 years of experience in Internet Sales, BDC, Inside Sales.
· Professional demeanor and presentation. Engaging approach to every person with whom you interact.
· Inherent customer service mentality and innate common sense.
· Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office, industry related software).
· Broad knowledge of phone systems.
· Experienced communicator; written and verbal.
· Desire and ability to work professionally and harmoniously in a TEAM environment and provide unwavering support to the sales function and team of sales professionals.

· High level of commitment to the body of work you have selected for your career path. Strong sense of pride in all you do.
· High School diploma or equivalent. 4-year degree from an accredited college or university desired but not required.
