Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Receptionist/Assistant to join our team. This role is essential in providing excellent customer support and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. The ideal candidate will possess strong time management skills, proficiency in customer service, and a knack for office management. As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming environment.

Duties

  • Greet and assist clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently.
  • Maintain an organized calendar for scheduling appointments and meetings.
  • Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
  • Assist with proofreading documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
  • Support office management tasks, including inventory management and supply ordering.
  • Provide personal assistant support to executives as needed.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure effective communication within the office.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Previous experience in customer support or as a clerk is preferred.
  • Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Experience in calendar management is a plus.
  • Attention to detail with strong proofreading abilities.
  • A positive attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional service.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
