Responsible for all aspects of the referral and intake process to Broaddus Hospital and Mansfield Place. Receives and coordinates all referrals for admissions to Broaddus Hospital and Mansfield Place. Provides education on clinical documentation to support severity of illness and intensity of service. Facilitates the efficient delivery of quality patient care in the most effective manner by managing resources.
Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree Required Courses(s)/Training: Training in agency and regulatory requirements. Clinical expertise in the specialty area preferred Successful completion of telemetry monitor class or certification. Required Credentials: Current WV Social Worker license or Current WV RN license Required Certification(s): BLS
