Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree in Finance and/or Information Systems, Computer Science and/or Bachelor's Degree in medical field (RN, RT, etc.) Minimum Experience: Knowledgeable of all applications, interface protocols, and equipment for end-users 2-3 years' working experience with Financial Information Systems Minimum Field-of-Expertise: Ability to demonstrate programming and analytical skills Knowledge of interactive systems. Position Summary: Systems Analyst will interface with the vendor(s) and clients to determine the need for, use of, and information requirements of client relative to implementing a new system or modifications to existing systems. Responsible for recommending and documenting user support improvements. Recommendations may range from client to U.S. standards as they relate to the applications. Responsible for providing installation and support services to the client and I.S. staff. Support may be in the form of documentation, educational classes, application set-up, development of software specifications, assistance with installation, and analyzing needs
