Davis Hill Development (DHD) is looking to fill a Distributed Energy Asset Management Analyst position in our Greenwich, CT office. The position will support the expansion of DHD’s commercial asset management team that manages our growing portfolio of commercial solar, energy storage and electric vehicle charging systems in the United States. Candidates should be self-starters with a demonstrated history of academic and/or professional success.

Responsibilities
Asset Management
Data Management:
- Own the Data Acquisition Systems (DAS) and central reporting software
- Support the rollout of the third-party asset management software solution
- Understand reporting and monitoring needs for operating solar, energy storage and electric vehicle charging infrastructure
Reporting:
- Monitor system performance of over 150 solar systems and EV charging stations in 12 states
- Oversee production reporting for commercial assets
- Synthesize challenges to system performance
- Develop and manage performance reporting procedures for internal management, namely Forecast cash flow projections and track performance against modeled expectations
- Manage periodic reports for DHD’s counterparties and financing partners
System Performance:
- Identify and resolve system performance issues, including overseeing third-party operation & maintenance and asset management contractors
- Manage and track corrective and preventative operation and maintenance program
- Understand system commissioning process and be available to participate in onsite commissioning
- Coordinate with the host property owners to schedule maintenance visits
Contracting, Billing and Compliance:
- Support contracting obligations for leases, PPAs, utility interconnections and other project agreements
- Oversee monthly PPA and community solar invoicing as well as renewable energy credit monetization and reconciliation
Interfacing with the DHD / Skyview Ventures finance team to support ongoing financial reporting and business planning
Qualifications
- 2-4 years’ experience in a relevant role, specifically in renewables or electricity generation
- BS degree in engineering or financial analysis preferred
- Willing to travel as needed for system and contractor inspections, company meetings and conferences
- Ability to communicate well, manage deliverables without daily oversight, and take proactive attitude towards addressing relevant issues
- Familiarity with ISO New England, PJM, and/or other ISOs, is preferred but not required
- Working out of the Greenwich, CT office 3 times per week is required
