Position: Senior Custodian
Location: Davis Hill Elementary School
Pay: In accordance with the CBA: AFSCME, Council 93, Local 2885 – Custodian Contract
Hours: 2:00PM to 10:30 PM, 40hrs/wk
This is a full-time position with general cleaning and maintenance responsibilities including - trash removal, washing/waxing of floors, vacuuming and ensuring that classrooms and the school building environment are clean and safe for staff and students. Outside responsibilities may include maintenance of grounds and snow removal when needed. Small general repairs and building maintenance are also part of the job responsibilities.
