Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Construction/Warranty Coordinator at Davis Homes in Indianapolis, IN. The coordinator will be responsible for managing customer satisfaction, communication, customer service, warranty claims, and quality assurance on a day-to-day basis. Coordinator will work with the Vice President of Construction and construction team in an administration role.
Qualifications

- Fluent in Microsoft office suite
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Previous experience in construction or homebuilding industry
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
