We have an immediate opening for PRE-LITIGATION CASE MANAGERS to join our fast-paced team. Duties/Responsibilities:
- Meets with attorneys, clients, and other professionals to discuss assigned cases or projects.
- Communicates and follows up with clients through the case and treatment process.
- Drafts legal documents including Letters of Protection, CPRC Letters, Letters of Representation, Spoliation Letters, Tort Letters, and FOIA to medical providers and insurance companies.
- Prepares and ensures relevant elements of a case are collected, maintained, and organized including the status of claims from insurance companies, police reports, medical liens, and client’s treatment and medical history from medical providers.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Understanding of legal language and principles, research methods, and other related matters.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Filevine Case Management system preferred.
- Bilingual preferred.
Education & Experience:
- Experience in plaintiff personal injury or related field preferred.
- Experience in automobile insurance or related field preferred.
Salary Commensurate with experience. Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, and certification.
