The Associate Attorney will be responsible for providing legal advice, litigating cases, meeting with clients, managing support staff, conducting research, negotiating, and handling all aspects of cases related to personal injury and wrongful death. Remote work is acceptable for this role. Compensation includes salary plus share of fees earned.
