Davis Law Group is seeking a driven and professional Case Manager/Junior Litigation Paralegal to help manage serious injury cases from start to finish.
Duties include: Active case management of files; Communication with Clients, Insurance Adjusters, Opposing Counsel, Medical Experts, and Treatment Providers; and Drafting Letters, Pleadings, e.g., Summons and Complaint, Discovery, Pre-hearing Statements, Motions, and Responses to Discovery Requests.
