Family owned 23 year business is seeking a dedicated and hardworking Lawn Care Crew Member to join our team. This role is essential in providing high-quality lawn care and landscape maintenance services to our clients. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work and possess the skills necessary to maintain beautiful landscapes, ensuring customer satisfaction through diligent care and attention to detail.

Duties

• Perform groundskeeping tasks including mowing, trimming, and edging lawns to maintain a neat appearance.
• Install landscape features such as flower beds, shrubs, and decorative elements.
• Conduct regular landscape maintenance tasks including weeding, mulching, and pruning plants.
• Operate various power tools safely and effectively, including lawn mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other landscaping equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas and ensure tools are properly stored after use.
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients regarding project progress and any issues that arise.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in lawn care or landscape maintenance is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential.
• Familiarity with grounds keeping practices and techniques.
• Ability to operate power tools safely; training will be provided as needed.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Physical stamina to perform manual labor outdoors in various weather conditions.
• A valid driver's license is required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
