Position Details:
- Sales and Leadership Experience: Preferred but not mandatory - we are willing to train the right people.
- Life Insurance License: Must have or be willing to obtain.
- Commission-Only Sales Position: Average first-year agent makes $75K.
- Proprietary Sales System: Working warm leads in a turn-key business model.
- Commission Structure: Average commission starting out is $550 per sale with the ability to receive a 5% raise every 2 months based on production.
