Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Lead to oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all activities on the construction site run smoothly, efficiently, and safely. This role requires strong leadership skills, an understanding of construction management principles, and the ability to effectively communicate with various stakeholders. Site leader will be asked to individually or lead team to complete tasks.
Duties
- Supervise daily operations on the construction site, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
- Collaborate with project managers and other team members to develop and implement project plans.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Conduct regular site inspections to assess progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Fill in as needed to complete tasks. This is a working management position. The expectation is that applicant will lead by example and jump in when needed.
Requirements
- Proven experience in construction management or a related field.
- Strong , electrical and finish work.)
- Familiarity with construction site operations and service work.
- Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to lead a diverse team effectively.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
