Are you passionate about interior design and looking for an exciting career opportunity? Davis Decorative Hardware, an upscale designer decorative hardware showroom, is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team.

Position : Full-Time Showroom Associate

Location : Baton Rouge, LA

Salary : Starting at $38,000 per year plus bonus eligibility

Ideal Candidate Traits :

Computer literate, especially proficient in Microsoft 365

Some college education preferred

Interest in interior design especially with attention to decorative hardware

Comfortable communicating with high-end clientele

Responsibilities :

Assist customers in selecting decorative hardware that meets their needs and preferences

Provide follow up on quotes and sales

Provide exceptional customer service and build lasting relationships with clients

Communicate effectively with vendors and vendor sales representatives

Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and improve showroom operation

Work Schedule :

Full-time position, Monday through Friday 8-5. No weekends
