Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Snow Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating skid steers and ensuring safe passage on designated areas during winter weather conditions.
Responsibilities
- Operate snow plow equipment to clear snow and ice from roads, parking lots, and walkways
- Monitor weather conditions to determine when plowing is necessary
- Spread salt or de-icing agents as needed to prevent ice buildup
- Perform routine maintenance on snow plow equipment
Experience
- Prior experience in snow plowing or related field preferred
- Knowledge of groundskeeping, tree trimming, garden, landscape maintenance, irrigation, and hand tools is a plus
- Ability to operate and maintain various types of snow plow equipment
- Strong attention to detail and safety protocols
Job Type: Seasonal
Pay: $25.00 - $32.00 per hour
Expected hours: 1 – 40 per week
