Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls and respond to customer inquiries for spare parts quickly and efficiently
- Answer phone calls and emails in a professional manner
- Accurately confirm replacement parts to meet specifications
- Build rapport with customers
- Collect customer information for future follow-ups
- Upsell services and make product recommendations
- Close sales and meet and exceed company quotas
- Enter quotes and orders into Epicor
- Identify sales opportunities
- Support order picking and shipping as required
- Staying informed about product and service information updates
Job Requirements:
- High School Diploma is required; College Diploma in Business Administration and or equivalent is preferred
- Minimum of 2 years Inside sales experience
- Energetic, self-motivated, client focused is a must
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to read mechanical and electrical drawings
- Working knowledge of MS Office suite of products
- Self disciplined with excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong prospecting, negotiating and closing skills
- Strong communication skills - English verbal and written is required
- People oriented and experienced in rapport building
- Ability to sell and promote
- Working knowledge of various technology and software programs
- Ability to be flexible with work hours to meet occasional customer urgent requests
- Ability to potentially travel up to 10% of the time
- Previous experience with Epicor is an asset
