Basic Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (e.g., Electrical, Computer, Aerospace) or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in missile or space programs.
- Proficiency in the full software and systems engineering lifecycle.
- Expertise in requirements and verification, including writing, engineering, management, and validation.
- Experience with requirements, interfaces, verification, and system integration.
- Strong understanding of the Systems Engineering “V” model and interdependencies.
- Familiarity with DOORS requirements management tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively across disciplines (electrical, mechanical, thermal, software) and with customers.
- U.S. Citizenship and an active Secret security clearance.
