Part-Time 4- 6 hour day shifts Monday to Friday or 3- 8 hour day shifts Friday to Sunday
Full-Time 3-12 hour shifts the first week 4-12 hour shifts the second week. 8 hours of OT each payroll with shift differentials for weekend and overnight shifts.

Davis Stuart operates as a private, non-profit organization providing services for adolescents, recovering from abuse, neglect and/or behavioral issues, with capacity to serve 68 teens through four treatment locations.
By providing therapeutic residential care, we strive to meet the needs of residents, ages 12 to 18, in a supervised setting. Our goal is to reunify the young person with his or her family, when possible, or give them the life skills to enter into independence.
What is a Treatment Associate?
Treatment Associates provide supervision for our residents while helping with social development, and providing supportive counseling daily.
What does a shift look like?
Accompany residents and participating daily activities, while modeling and reinforcing healthy habits and life skills. These activities include but are not limited to: On grounds school, on grounds gym, on grounds dining hall, on grounds chapel, off campus medical appointments, and off campus personal shopping. Completing daily documentation for each resident under your supervision.

Minimally qualified candidates must:
- Preferred; a high school diploma or have completed the General Education Development (GED) equivalent coursework.
- Be able to satisfactorily pass a state-mandated criminal background investigation' WV Cares.
- Be able to satisfactorily pass a drug screening
