Davis Studio in South Burlington boasts a team of exceptional educators in our Education and Art Departments. However, even our extraordinary teachers sometimes need time off ---- and that's where you come in!
Davis Community School comprises two multi-age classrooms for students from Kindergarten through 5th grade. Our programs are inspired by the Reggio Emilia approach and emphasize the arts. We highly value strong connections with students, staff, and families, and we integrate nature and creativity into all aspects of our work. Our goal is to find daily joy and allow curiosity to shape our curriculum.
The ideal substitute teacher would have relevant training or coursework, a strong belief in the importance of play in a child's development, and valuable experience as a facilitator of learning. We are seeking substitutes who are available for three days or more.
