Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in residential HVAC, including management experience
- Strong technical knowledge of residential and commercial HVAC systems
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Valid driver's license and ability to pass background test and drug screen
- Ability to handle heavy equipment and work outdoors
