Call Center - Customer Service Representative
Weekend Shift: Sat-Wed (8am-5pm)
Salary: $17 - $21/hour

Qualifications & Skills:
- Must have 2 years of CSR experience.
- Call Center experience: 1 years.
- Service Titan or home services industry experience (not necessary but a plus).
- Proficiency with computers, especially software applications such as MS Word, email, and CMS is a plus.
- Engage in active listening, confirm or clarify information, and manage and provide solutions.
- Exceptional interpersonal and rapport-building skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Strong time management, organizational skills, and decision-making skills.
- Detail-oriented, consistent, adaptable, and accountable.
- Proficiency in problem analysis and problem-solving.
- Ability to multitask.
- Strong attendance.
- Build lasting relationships with customers and other call center team members.

Responsibilities
What you will do:
- Call customers from prior day for quality check
- Call maintenance customers and schedule visits
- Call on customer list to offer promotions
- Follow up on reviews positive and negative
- General inbound customer service
What you bring:
- Previous customer service experience
- Strong attention to details
- Conscientious, team player
- Honesty integrity, quality craftsmanship and a good attitude
- Clear background check and drug screen
