The Director, IKC Clinical Programs, will lead the design, development, and execution of strategic initiatives that drive DaVita’s value-based strategy for comprehensive health evaluations. This leader will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing a multi-year strategic vision. Key Responsibilities :

• Strategic Leadership : Drive the creation, implementation, and evaluation of initiatives aligned with DaVita’s care model strategy. Collaborate with senior leadership to develop a comprehensive multi-year plan for delivering value-based care.
• Innovation and Capability Development : Lead the design and execution of new, innovative capabilities or interventions to support IKC patients, including piloting and scaling high-impact programs.
• Operational Execution : Establish clear project objectives, timelines, and deliverables while ensuring alignment with broader organizational goals. Oversee the execution of current interventions, analyzing clinical and operational data to inform continuous improvement.
• Performance Oversight : Develop and monitor clinical, financial, and operational performance metrics. Provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership to optimize care delivery.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partner with cross-functional teams, including operations, finance, clinical, and compliance, to advance shared priorities and execute strategic plans effectively.
• Team Leadership : Manage and mentor a team to drive performance, ensuring accountability for project execution and fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
