  • Engage broader team with thoughtful and creative value-based care financial structures to support payor negotiations
  • Perform ad-hoc strategic analyses that answer sometimes ambiguous but critical questions and inform our overall negotiation strategy
  • Present analysis findings and conclusions to senior executives in a structured and comprehensive way
  • Support senior executives to create both internal and external strategic and financial meeting materials that are persuasive and direct
  • Maintain robust and collaborative working relationships with key stakeholders to drive successful completion of deal negotiations and contracting

  • Solid communication skills; can develop high quality, well formatted presentations and is comfortable communicating complex topics to a senior-level audience
  • Experience within fast paced, deal-oriented teams in the corporate development, business development, banking, consulting or adjacent fields
  • Preferred experience with top tier management consulting firm or investment banking

Desired Traits And Skills

  • Action-oriented doer who sees themselves as a combination of contributor and leader as they move their organization successfully down strategic pathways
  • High degree of creativity and intelligence. Excellent problem solving skills and strong analytical capabilities. Ability to perform exceptionally in fast-paced, matrix environment
