The Hospital Services Administrator (HSA) manages the overall operations for nursing services and care, and overseeing the administration and coordination of services to licensed Acute and Sub-Acute Care Programs in the Hospital Services Group. DaVita partners with hospitals and other sub-acute facilities to provide dialysis treatment to their patients. This role focuses on building proficiency in managing hospital programs, ensuring compliance, and delivering high-quality patient care.

• Lead a team of 30-40 direct reports (RNs, PCTs, admin assistant, drivers) that appreciates, supports and relies on each other in a positive environment.
• Manage the operations of multiple hospital contracts within a region, including P&L, budgets, and leading our programs to meet performance goals

• High school diploma required; Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree in related area preferred
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in dialysis facility preferred
• Current CPR certification required (or certification obtained within 60 days of hire)
• Completed training program approved by the medical director and the governing body as required by CMS guidelines prior to operating the water treatment system
• Intermediate computer skills in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook required; functional proficiency in all DaVita clinical and business applications required within 90 days

Salary/ Wage Range

$72,000 - $89,000 / year

Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
