We are looking for a nurse who can deliver high-quality care in an outpatient dialysis center and build strong relationships with patients and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized patient care in a supportive outpatient environment.
- Collaborate with patients and their families to ensure seamless care transitions.
- Supervise a group of patients with the assistance of PCTs.
