- 1:1 Patient Care – Provide safe, comfortable, and hygienic dialysis treatments for up to four patients at a time.
- Technician Duties – Monitor patient vitals, set up dialysis machines, and record observations before, during, and after treatment.

- Flexible Shifts: Clinics operate Monday – Saturday (4:00 AM – 12:00 AM) with rotating Saturdays
- 10-12 Hour Shifts: Work 3-4 days per week with schedules set 3-4 weeks in advance
- Training Period: Expect 32-40 hours per week of paid training before transitioning into your permanent role
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Passion for helping others & working in healthcare
- Comfortable working around blood & needles
- Flexible schedule (mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays)
- Physically capable of standing for long shifts (12 hours)
- Willingness to work across multiple clinics if needed
- Healthcare experience is a plus! CNA, CMA, Phlebotomy, or Certified Hemodialysis Technician (CHT) experience is beneficial but not required!
