DaVita is seeking a Registered Nurse who is looking to give life in an outpatient dialysis center. This position is ideal for new graduate RNs as excellent paid dialysis training is provided.
About the Position
This role requires no dialysis experience and offers flexible scheduling, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. As a nurse at DaVita, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of patients with end-stage renal failure or chronic kidney disease.
Responsibilities
- Deliver care to patients with empathy and compassion, using a unique treatment plan tailored to their needs.
- Work collaboratively with Patient Care Technicians (PCTs) to oversee a group of patients and conduct patient observations.
- Leverage a broad range of nursing skills and knowledge to provide high-quality care in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N.) from an accredited school of nursing.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N.) or three-year diploma from an accredited diploma program may be substituted for nursing degree.
- Previous experience in ICU, Critical Care Unit, Emergency Room, or Medical Surgical can be beneficial but is not required.
