Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to build and maintain a high-quality and high-volume pool of prospects for current and future talent needs
- Collect and utilize information from a variety of sources including web search, databases, professional associations, diversity organizations, target companies, and networking
- Act as initial point of contact with prospects to gain their interest in career opportunities with DaVita
- Closely manage candidate interactions to help guarantee a great candidate experience
- Collaborate with hiring managers and talent acquisition partners to understand executive hiring needs and develop sourcing strategies aligned with organizational goals
- Partner closely with talent acquisition partners and hiring managers throughout the hiring process to provide timely updates, gather feedback, and ensure alignment on candidate profiles
- Assist in achieving diversity goals and various performance metrics
- Proficiently use technology to accomplish tasks with high efficiency and data accuracy
- Proactively identify and solve complex problems; take a broad perspective to identify innovative solutions
- Act as a team leader on projects and initiatives
- Evaluate existing processes, tools, and techniques; identify opportunities for change, and implement process change as well as lead projects or initiatives
- Utilize data and reporting tools to make recommendations on sourcing strategies, track metrics, and assess sourcing effectiveness
- 3 years of talent sourcing and talent research experience, including executive-level search experience
- Experience developing and maintaining strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively across multiple teams
- Advanced problem-solving skills and a proactive, results-oriented approach
- Ability to research and apply knowledge of the talent market as well as DaVita’s business plan to sourcing strategies
- High impact communication skills, and ability to positively represent DaVita to prospects to effectively position DaVita as an employer of choice
- Proficiency in using advanced sourcing techniques and tools to identify potential candidates, including databases, AI tools, professional networks, Boolean search strings, diversity networks, and other innovative sourcing methods
- Ability to manage complex assignments and multiple priorities while maintaining a quality pipeline, meeting key performance indicators, and providing a high level of client service
- Experience at an Executive Search firm is highly preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or relevant field
