Qualifications and responsibilities for this Production Manager position include:
- 5 years of experience in commercial and industrial painting with strong mechanical troubleshooting skills.
- Proven leadership managing teams of 50 and overseeing projects.
- Proficiency in project management tools (Monday.com, Microsoft Office, Word).
- OSHA 30 certification required; must be bilingual in English and Spanish (non-negotiable).
- Lead and manage painting crews of 50-70, overseeing schedules, budgets, and project timelines.
- Serve as the primary contact for GC superintendents, maintaining relationships and ensuring quality control.
- Implement process improvements, monitor performance metrics, and enforce safety compliance.
- Manage supply chain logistics, train crews, and oversee operational systems to support business objectives.
Salary: $75,000 - $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
