Responsibilities
- Prepare and send out all invoices!
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Make collections calls and follow up on outstanding invoices.
- Assist with monthly commission calculations.
- Assist with payroll processing.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements to support business decisions.
- Develop financial forecasts, monitor cash flow, and implement cost-saving strategies.
- Perform bank reconciliations and ensure compliance with corporate policies.
- Handle tax filings (S Corp, LLC, 1040), ensure compliance, and identify tax-saving opportunities.
Qualifications
- Active CPA license (REQUIRED) with a degree in Accounting or Finance
- 5 years of accounting experience, including bookkeeping and corporate accounting tasks
- Expertise in QuickBooks Online (REQUIRED).
- Experience managing finances for businesses with $5M - $20M in annual revenue.
- Strong knowledge of tax compliance, business financial strategy, and cost reduction methods.
- Punctual, dependable, and maintains a positive attitude.
