Qualifications and responsibilities for this Healthcare Construction Project Manager position include :
- 7 years of relevant experience in construction project management, with a focus on healthcare and commercial projects.
- Strong leadership and executive presence, capable of engaging with high-level client contacts such as CEOs and Directors.
- Proficiency in budgeting, scheduling tools, and cost estimation software; experience with BIM, BIM 360, and Bluebeam preferred.
- Extensive experience in pre-construction, working closely with general contractors on contracts, pricing, and risk mitigation.
- Ability to oversee and manage medium-to-large-scale projects (typically $10M–$15M), ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes, and safety regulations in California.
- Ability to balance office (75%) and field (25%) work at the start of projects, shifting to a 50 / 50 split as projects progress.
Salary : $180,000 - $220,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
Benefits : This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers great benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, PTO (15 days, negotiable), annual discretionary bonuses based on company profitability, and mileage reimbursement for client-related travel. Performance-based bonuses may also be available.
