President of Design-Build

We are seeking a President of Design-Build to join their team in Columbus, IN. As a leader in industrial and commercial projects, this firm is looking for a dynamic, strategic professional to bridge the gap between design and construction while driving innovation and growth. This is a fully on-site position in Columbus, IN, with no hybrid or remote work options.

Qualifications and responsibilities for this President of Design-Build position include:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Engineering (Architecture degree highly preferred).
• 12 years of experience in design and drafting, project management, and building coordination.
• 7 years managing design teams with financial and client relationship responsibility.
• Proficiency in Revit, SketchUp, and other design software with a strong understanding of building systems and materials.
• Experience in industrial and commercial projects ranging from $500K to $15M.
• Lead and mentor the design and engineering team, fostering collaboration between design and construction.
• Oversee financial performance, project profitability, and client relationship management.
• Develop and execute strategic plans for business growth and workforce development.
• Enhance succession planning to ensure long-term team and organizational success.

Salary: $150,000 - $250,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
