Qualifications and responsibilities for this Proposal/Marketing Coordinator position include:
- Minimum 3 years of proposal/marketing experience in the AEC industry (construction preferred).
- Strong creative writing, editing, and communication skills for proposals, marketing materials, and website content.
- Lead the development, preparation, and submission of RFQs, RFPs, and proposals.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and MS Office Suite.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies, including managing social media and website content.
- Support business development by preparing interview materials, presentations, and branding materials.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and improve future proposals.
- Represent the company at networking and industry events to promote services and capabilities.
Salary: $80,000 - $93,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus an end-of-year company bonus.
Benefits: This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers great benefits including medical, dental, vision (after 90 days), 401(k) with match, and negotiable PTO. A flexible schedule, including a 4x10 work option, is available.
