Roofing Estimator

Qualifications and responsibilities for this Roofing Estimator position include:

• 5–15 years of experience in construction estimation, preferably in roofing.
• Ability to prepare detailed construction cost estimates, including takeoffs and analysis of associated costs.
• Experience obtaining vendor and subcontractor quotes to meet project specifications.
• Capability to field measure and take core samples on existing buildings.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software tools.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required.
• Willingness to travel locally, primarily to Washington, DC, and Virginia.

Salary: $90,000 - $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus annual bonus potential.
