Qualifications and responsibilities for this Stir-Fry Robot Maintenance Technician position include:
- 1 years of experience with fully automated systems; Engineering background preferred but not required
- Fluency in Chinese is required
- Experience with PLC software with the ability to diagnose and resolve mechanical, sensor, programming, and electrical system issues
- Must have a valid driver's license and the ability to drive in NYC
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and pass a background check
- Relevant certifications (CAP, PMP, CME, CESW, EPA) are a plus
- Diagnose and resolve software and hardware issues in fully automated stir-fry robots
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on robotic systems in client restaurants throughout NYC, Manhattan, Brooklyn, and the five boroughs
- Work closely with the tech team in Hong Kong to implement system improvements
- Travel between client locations using a personal vehicle (mileage reimbursement provided)
Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
