Position Overview
As Executive Assistant, you will act as a gatekeeper for leadership, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. You will oversee logistics, HR functions, financial organization, and team accountability, allowing the leadership team to focus on growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Confidential Administrative Support – Handle sensitive company information with the highest level of discretion and professionalism.
- Gatekeeping & Prioritization – Manage communication, appointments, and access to leadership to ensure efficiency.
- Team Accountability – Help track performance, deadlines, and ensure follow-through on key initiatives.
- Human Resources Support – Assist with hiring, onboarding, employee records, and company policies.
- Financial Oversight – Handle bookkeeping tasks, manage budgets, and support financial reporting.
- Excel & Data Management – Create and manage complex spreadsheets, tracking key business metrics.
- Customer & People Relations – Maintain a high level of professionalism when interacting with clients, vendors, and team members.
- Problem Solving & Logistics – Anticipate issues before they arise, troubleshoot challenges, and develop systems for efficiency.
