Job Description
Our client, world leader in life sciences and medical diagnostics, is looking for “ Histology Associate” based out of Tucson, AZ.
Duration : Long Term Contract (Possibility Of Further Extension)
Pay Rate : $24-$30 / hr on W2
Need people who have worked in histology and have cut and stained human patient samples in a clinical environment.
Responsibilities :
- Some experience with foundational histo techniques of embedding, microtomy, coverslipping, processing and primary staining.
- Experience with operating laboratory or manufacturing equipment.
- Receives detailed directions on all work. Follows standard operating procedures.
- Monitors and prepares bulk reagents
- May assist in preparation work for moderately complex techniques under the direction of more senior histology technicians.
