The role is responsible for coordinating and providing administrative support for Facilities & Site Services (F&SS) operations. This includes interacting with internal and external stakeholders to manage equipment maintenance calibrations and compliance requirements. The individual must handle documentation data management and communication tasks while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the maintenance and operation of equipment work order software.
- Manage calibration and maintenance work order processing and closure.
- Collect input and monitor equipment calibration data to comply with FDA ISO and other regulatory standards.
- Process purchase requests purchase orders and vendor invoices for F&SS.
- Support contractor prequalification processes and compliance initiatives.
- Compile organize and monitor key maintenance metrics and data.
- Provide guidance on equipment maintenance processes and respond to inquiries.
- Utilize operating systems like BM Regulatory Asset Manager EtQ SAP and Microsoft Windows.
- Maintain highly confidential files and data.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
