Duration : Long Term Contract (Possibility Of Further Extension)
Pay Rate : $74 / hr on W2
Follow the defined standards in AV rooms designs, analyzes, evaluates, and tests. A collaboration room, also known as a collaboration space or a collaborative workspace, is a designated physical or virtual space where individuals or teams come together to collaborate, brainstorm, and work on projects collectively. Creating an effective collaboration room requires careful planning and consideration of various factors to ensure that it fosters creativity, productivity, and effective teamwork.
Responsibilities :
- In-depth Knowledge of Unified Communications Platforms like Zoom (Phone, meetings, Webinars & Zoom rooms) and other UC tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Cisco Webex) for setup, configuration, and integration .
- Networking and VoIP Expertise , strong understanding of network protocols (e.g., SIP, RTP), QoS, and VoIP technologies, ensuring smooth call quality and video performance.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve complex issues related to audio / video quality, connectivity, and integration with other platforms.
- Collaboration Tools Integration , Experience with integrating Zoom with other platforms (e.g., Outlook, Slack, CRM systems) for seamless communication and workflow automation.
- Good knowledge around Zoom Rooms and relevant AV infrastructure
