Key Responsibilities:
- Transporting ready-mix concrete to diverse job sites using specialized mixer trucks.
- Engaging in manual tasks to facilitate the release, lifting, and operation of steel chutes.
- Conducting pre-delivery inspections to ensure concrete meets quality specifications.
- Prioritizing customer satisfaction by delivering top-notch products and service on-site.
- Safely maintaining and operating mixer trucks and associated equipment in compliance with company standards and legal requirements.

Qualifications:
- Age Requirement: Be 18 years of age or older, meeting legal requirements for operating commercial vehicles.
- Clean Background and Motor Vehicle Report: Maintain a clean background and motor vehicle report, demonstrating a commitment to safety and reliability.
- Physical Fitness: Possess the physical stamina and strength required to perform manual labor tasks, including lifting and operating equipment, in various environmental conditions
- Safety Conscious: Prioritize safety at all times, adhering to company safety protocols and procedures to ensure a secure work environment for oneself and others.
- Effective Communication: Demonstrate excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset, providing courteous and professional service to clients and colleagues.
- Adaptability: Exhibit flexibility and adaptability in responding to changing job site requirements and schedules, contributing to a positive and collaborative team environment.
- Concrete Industry Experience (Desirable): Previous experience in the concrete industry is advantageous but not mandatory. We value candidates who bring a passion for learning and a strong work ethic to the team.
- CDL Certification (PREFERRED BUT NOT REQUIRED): Possess a valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL), ensuring eligibility for operating mixer trucks. Recent CDL graduates are encouraged to apply, as we provide comprehensive training and support for career development.
