Job Purpose and Overview

The Senior Manager of Supply Chain Insights & Analytics will play a pivotal role in decision-making through data-driven insights. This individual will be responsible for developing comprehensive scorecards, reporting from disparate data systems, and aiding the strategic decisions of leadership through critical data insights. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of supply chain dynamics, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.

Work Environment & Travel:This is a remote position with approximately 10% travel required.

What will you do as a Sr. Manager Supply Chain Insights & Analytics at Dawn Foods?

• Develop and implement robust analytics and reporting tools to provide visibility into key supply chain metrics.
• Create scorecards and dashboards using data from multiple systems, providing leadership with actionable insights to improve supply chain performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align analytical needs with business objectives, ensuring efficient movement of goods across the supply chain.
• Conduct data-driven analysis to identify areas of opportunity within the network and implement initiatives that drive continuous improvement.
• Build and manage a team of supply chain analysts focused on performance reporting and scenario planning.
• Risk Management Mindset: Identify and mitigate risks within the supply chain to ensure continuity and resilience.
• Supporting Sustainability Initiatives: Develop and implement strategies to improve the sustainability of the supply chain, including reducing waste and optimizing resource use.
• Supplier Relationship Management Support: Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure data accuracy and improve supply chain efficiency.
• Develop metrics, KPIs, and reporting frameworks to track performance against supply chain goals, ensuring alignment with broader organizational objectives.
• Partner with IT and operations to ensure seamless data integration across systems, improving data accuracy and availability for real-time decision-making.
• Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in supply chain analytics and network design to maintain a competitive edge.
• Serve as a strategic partner to senior leadership, providing insights and recommendations to enhance supply chain strategy and analytics.

What Does It Take to be a Sr. Manager Supply Chain Insights & Analytics Dawn Foods?

Minimum Qualifications Required:

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management or related business degree and8 years of experiencein distribution operations, supply chain analytics, improvement, or a related field or12 years of Supply Chain experience in lieu of degree.
• Experience developing scorecards and dashboards from multiple data sources, using platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
• Three (3) years of demonstrated leadership experience, effectively managing and mentoring teams to achieve high performance.
• Deep understanding of supply chain systems, data flows, and analytics tools.
• Ability to leverage data for decision-making, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and work with stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
• Strong project management skills with a track record of leading initiatives that drive operational improvements and cost savings.

Minimum Qualifications Preferred:

• Master's degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, or related discipline.
• Experience working in large-scale distribution environments.
• Certification in continuous improvement, supply chain management, or a related field

Compensation Range:

$102,640 - $169,350 with bonus incentive.
