One of our clients is seeking an experienced Human Resource Manager in Eaton Rapids, MI to oversee financial operations at our manufacturing facility.
Pay - $110K-130K USD
Key Responsibilities :
Policy Development and Implementation : Create and enforce HR policies and procedures that align with organizational goals and comply with federal, state, and local regulations.
Recruitment and Staffing : Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, and selection of qualified candidates to meet organizational needs.
Employee Relations : Address employee concerns, mediate conflicts, and ensure a positive work environment.
Performance Management : Oversee performance appraisal systems, provide coaching, and facilitate professional development opportunities.
Benefits Administration : Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
Compliance : Ensure adherence to labor laws and regulations, updating policies as necessary to maintain compliance.
Training and Development : Identify training needs and coordinate programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Labor Relations : Collaborate with labor unions, participate in contract negotiations, and manage collective bargaining agreements, if applicable.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
Minimum of five years of HR management experience.
Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) is advantageous.
Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Salary : $110,000 - $130,000
