Experience Requirements Associate's degree (A.A) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school or three or more years of office-related experience and / or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. College degree is highly preferred. Great interpersonal skills, including exceptional verbal and written communications is required Strong technical aptitude and with a good balance of functional or "soft skills" are required Experience with issues tracking and logging system (i.e., TrackIt, ZenDesk, etc) ETL experience required. Minimum two years' experience with ERP or CRM system required. Familiarity with SOAP or REST API required. Some experience with or exposure to workflows required. Familiarity with ITIL or other service delivery management framework highly desirable. Extensive experience with creating and maintaining business requirement documents (BRD). Experience in Human Resources or Software Support role for a sizable organization or software provider highly desirable. A demonstration of strong customer relationship skills for the purpose of setting and managing client expectations. Experience using an HIRS system to administer HR processes and policies is a huge plus A general knowledge and understanding of state and federal employment laws is a plus.
