Job Description
">This position is responsible for providing instructional support to certificated teachers in a regular classroom setting. The successful candidate will assist with various tasks, including tutoring students, maintaining records of student progress, and preparing lessons as directed by the teacher.
">Essential Functions

- Tutor individuals or small groups of students, reinforcing and implementing instruction as directed by the teacher ">
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of student progress, attendance, and behavior, reporting to teachers and administrators as needed ">
- Prepare and deliver educational materials, resources, and equipment to support student learning, participating in meetings and in-service training programs as assigned ">
- Support the health, safety, and well-being of students, maintaining a clean and organized classroom environment, adhering to established policies and procedures ">
Requirements
">The ideal candidate will possess a minimum high school diploma or G.E.D. Certificate, 48 college credit hours or successful completion of the Kentucky Department of Education Paraeducator Assessment, experience in working with children in an organized setting preferred.
