Position Overview :
As the Project Estimator, you will be responsible for updating the existing NSR (Non - Standard requirement) system and provide estimates of all bespoke project work to the commercial manager.
Key responsibilities for this role are :
- Prepare cost budgets and estimates for new contracts.
- Keep existing contracts up to date, including making amendments, providing new cost estimates, and maintaining communication with all relevant Project Development Managers
- Adhere to standards and guidelines when analysing and providing estimates; focus on maximising customer satisfaction, the highest quality and value for money while minimising and potential risk to the company.
- Prepare detailed, well written specifications for each contract which is sent out to our clients.
- Work closely with the commercial manager and design team to help with development, innovation and creativity on clients projects.
- Keep detailed records of all estimation documents, including site assessments and contract terms.
