Job Overview:
We are currently seeking a skilled Project Superintendent to join our construction team. The Project Superintendent will oversee and manage the construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise all on-site construction activities
- Coordinate subcontractors and ensure they are meeting project requirements and schedules; develop projects schedules
- Interpret and implement construction plans and specifications
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines
- Conduct regular inspections to guarantee work quality and safety standards
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, architects, and clients
- Maintain accurate project documentation and reports
Requirements:
- Proven experience in construction management, estimating, and project supervision
- Proficiency in ProCore software and basic computer skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately
- Strong organizational and leadership skills to effectively manage construction sites and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills to interact with various stakeholders and all Team members
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety protocols
