Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership and direction to all operational departments, including guest services, housekeeping, food and beverage, front desk, and facilities management.
- Set and uphold the highest standards of luxury hospitality, ensuring that every aspect of the guest experience reflects our commitment to excellence, personalization, and attention to detail.
- Develop and implement comprehensive operational plans and initiatives to optimize efficiency, elevate service standards, and maximize revenue opportunities.
- Recruit, train, and empower a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost management, to achieve profitability targets and enhance the hotel's financial health.
- Maintain impeccable standards of cleanliness, maintenance, and safety throughout the hotel, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
