Position Overview:As a Retail Sales Associate at Day and Night Markets, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. Candidate must be available to work weekends and all shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Provide information and answer inquiries about our products/services.
- Perform basic cleaning task around the store.
- Assist with inventory management and restocking.
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns, resolving issues efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Experience is a plus but not required).
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.

- Available to work weekends.
