We’re looking for a full-time Project Controls Manager to join our Day & Zimmermann team on site located in West Paducah, KY

As the Project Controls Manager, here’s the work you’ll do:
Day in the Life of PCM on site:

• Attend the daily morning meetings.
• Ability/willingness to work with all parties on the construction management staff; interface w/ client for meetings.
• PCM will be responsible for accounting & reports out on earnings
• Provide support and guidance for site Project Controls personnel & assist with troubleshooting field project controls issues. Also, coordinate support of the reporting process
• Interface with clients and Business Unit VP's to ensure the required deliverables are being met, including monthly/period reports and project reviews.
• Participate in Project Support Team activities & Periodic audits of processes to ensure Contractual and Day & Zimmermann Procedural compliance.

This role is for you if you have these skills:

• Primavera P6 knowledge including cost and resource loaded schedules.
• Complete understanding EVM (Earned Value Management) in a construction environment.
• Scheduling- CPM, Resource loading Experience
• T&M, Firm Fixed Price, Cost Plus and Target Cost Project Experience
• Ability to read and understand construction drawings preferred.
• Willing to perform construction walkdowns on a weekly basis to confirm progress from a cost and schedule perspective
• Effectively communicate with disciplined superintendents.
• Working in a PMO / functional support experience.
• Ability to lead cost and schedule meetings.
• Differentiate between scope and out of scope work (CR related).
• Ability to process change request with minimal input.
• Knowledge of estimating and unit rates.
• Ability to work extended hours if necessary.

And if you have these qualifications:

• Some college or post secondary education preferred
• Ten plus years experience in related project controls assignments
• Computer proficiency certifications a plus or equivalent education
• Great attitude and team player.
• Successful completion of background screening process.

In compliance with this state’s pay transparency laws, the salary range for this role is $91,000- $206,000. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
