What You'll Do:
As a Lighting Fixture Assembler, you will:
- Assemble lighting fixtures according to detailed drawings and specifications.
- Wire and perform electrical connections for a wide range of lighting fixtures.
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet our high-quality standards.
- Troubleshoot and repair any wiring or assembly issues that arise.
- Keep your work area clean and organized, contributing to a safe work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
What We're Looking For:
We need someone who’s passionate about their craft and committed to quality. Here's what you’ll need to succeed:
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Hands-on assembly experience, ideally in the lighting or electrical field.
- Solid understanding of electrical wiring and basic hand tools.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Sharp attention to detail and a focus on producing top-notch work.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a team-player attitude.
- Strong communication skills and a positive work ethic.
